Keva had a 37-year career developing data storage hardware at IBM and Seagate Technology, which included 20 years managing hard disk drive recording head suspension development. After coming out as a transgender woman in 2017, she founded Seagate PRIDE!, Seagate's global LGBTQ+ employee resource group (seven sites worldwide) and also coordinated the activities for the six other ERGS at the Seagate Bloomington, MN site.
